This website (the site) is owned and operated by Rockem Music Limited. By accessing and using this website we allow you to purchase our products and/or services subject to the following list of terms and conditions.

Prices and Taxes

All currencies on this website for products, services and delivery costs are indicated in GB Pounds Sterling and all payments are conducted in GB Pounds Sterling.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Our Vat number is 838 9838 56


Payment can be made using the online secure checkout (preferred method). Paypal and most major cards are accepted.

Payment can also be made by telephoning the shop on 01709 382220 between 10.00 and 5pm Mon to Sat.

Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Please make payable to Rockem Music Ltd and send to the address below. Please make your order requirements clear. Goods will not be sent until cheques are cleared (5 working days).


The consumer has the right to cancel and return unwanted goods within 14 days from the day after the day of delivery of goods, this does not include any specially made order items. We need to be informed in writing of any intent of cancelling an order within the time allotted. An email will be sufficient.

All deposits are non refundable any money paid will be deemed as lost. This is to cover any costs that we may have accumulated!

We expect the customer to make the necessary arrangements to return the unwanted order and the customer pays the return postage costs.

The goods must arrive back at Rockem Music Limited in a condition fit for resale and still with the original packaging. We understand that the packaging may have been opened to inspect the product but it is still required to be returned. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery type service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please include a copy of your original sales invoice which needs to include clearly a contact mobile telephone number. Once the returned goods are inspected a refund will be issued promptly.

For Copy right reasons any opened dvd, Cd or software.

Faulty goods

All Damaged / delivery errors must be reported to Rockem Music within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Rockem Music accepts no responsibility for claims made after 48 hours. If courier damage, please retain all external packaging and internal packaging as may be required by the courier for any claim we make.

If goods are found to be either faulty or not what you ordered please contact us with a full description of the incorrect goods or the fault. Please then return the item to receive a full refund for wrong supplied goods or a replacement for faulty goods. Your postage costs will be refunded in full.

Delivery is free to UK addresses sent by courier on a next working day service (other than certain postcodes - see below.)
All deliveries are usually delivered the next working day [except the following postcode areas*]. Please order before 1pm to for next working day delivery. If we are unable to send the order we will email you as soon as possible.

If you come under the above post code areas your delivery charge becomes £18.00 and is approximately 2-3 day delivery.

Our normal courier service is DPD. If you wish to receive the goods on a certain day please contact us and we will try and arrange.

Items not on the next day service will be sent with Royal Mail on the 2nd class service. This is normally a 2-3 working day service and tracking is not available.

Please note if you select the incorrect postage area the order will be held until we can make contact with you.

If you require a delivery to any other area please email for a quote before proceeding.

When specifying your delivery address, please choose one where some one is going to be in during the day.


All new goods come with 12 months warranty unless stated otherwise. We DO NOT offer
warranty on any of our used sale items.

Cymbals carry a manufacturers warranty against manufacturing flaws. The manufacturer will usually require that all suspected faulty cymbals for warranty replacement be returned to them for inspection or an image of the product. A cymbal will not be replaced if it has been: misplayed,used with improper sticks, dropped, played with excessive force or treated abusively; bought second hand or used in a lease program. Please call the store to discuss the return of the product first as each manufacturer as a different returns procedure we have to comply with.

Items used for striking, such as drum sticks, beaters and brushes, and all clothing is without warranty
as these are deemed to be consumables. Drum heads and guitar strings are also consumables
so are not covered by the manufacturers warranty.

All warranties are for the original purchase and are NOT transferable to a second user if the product
is sold on at a later date.

Rockem Music Limited reserves the right to alter any specification or price of any item at any time without prior notification.
