General

This website (the site) is owned and operated by Rockem Music Limited. By accessing and using this website we allow you to purchase our products and/or services subject to the following list of terms and conditions.

Prices and Taxes

All currencies on this website for products, services and delivery costs are indicated in GB Pounds Sterling and all payments are conducted in GB Pounds Sterling.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Our Vat number is 838 9838 56

Payment

Payment can be made using the online secure checkout (preferred method). Most major cards are accepted.

Payment can also be made by telephoning the shop on 01709 382220 between 10.30 and 5pm Mon to Sat.

Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Please make payable to Rockem Music Ltd and send to the address below. Please make your order requirements clear. Goods will not be sent until cheques are cleared (5 working days).

Cancellations

The consumer has the right to cancel and return any unwanted goods within 7 days from the day after the day of delivery of goods. Please contact us by email to let us know you wish to cancel your order.

It is up to the consumer to pay for the return courier fee. The goods must arrive back at Rockem Music Limited in perfect condition and still in their original unopened packaging. If the packaging is not in its original condition or the goods have been touched or played in anyway, a refund less 10% will be given. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

If you order any items and then refuse to accept delivery of the goods you will then be liable at our discretion for all delivery costs.

Faulty goods

All faulty goods/ delivery errors must be reported to Rockem Music within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Rockem Music accepts no responsibility for claims made after 48 hours.

If goods are found to be either faulty or not what you ordered please contact us with a full description of the incorrect goods or the fault. Please then return the item to receive a full refund or replacement. Your postage costs will be refunded in full.

Delivery

All deliveries, including complete drum kits, have a standard charge of just £8.50 [mainland UK only*] to your door and are usually delivered the next working day.

*mainland UK does not include any of the following islands or Scottish highlands post code areas

AB 4, 5, 31, 33, 35-38, 44, 45, 51-56, FK 18-21, G 84, IV 1-28, 30-36, 40, 52-54, 63, KA 27, 28, KW 1-14, PA20-40, PH 19-22, 25, 26, PH 30-41, 49, 50, TR 21-25

If you come under the above post code areas your delivery charge becomes £18.00 and is approximately 2-3 day delivery.

Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland:

If you come under the above island areas your delivery charge is also £18.00 and will take approximately 2-3 days to arrive.

Our normal courier service is DPD however we reserve the right to send items by Royal Mail.

Please note if you select the incorrect postage area we reserve the right to amend to the correct postal charge.

If you require a delivery to any other area please email for a quote before proceeding.

When specifying your delivery address, please choose one where some one is going to be in during the day.

Most goods are sent via DPD and a signature is required. If you wish to receive the goods on a certain day please contact us and we will try and arrange.
