Take it Away

Here at Rockem Music we offer the Take it away scheme!

How does it work?

You can use 'Take it Away' to purchase any instrument costing between £100 and £2,000 pounds. The payments you make will consist of a 10% initial payment by credit or debit card, followed by nine monthly instalments of 10% each.

For example

Item Cost £400

Deposit £40 then a further 9 payments of £40 each

In-Store

It's extremely easy to apply - all you need to bring with you is a credit or debit card. Once you have chosen your instrument, the store staff will take a few details from you, and then make a quick phone call to get your credit approval. Once the credit has been approved, you pay the 10% deposit, set up a direct debit for the further nine payments, and then take it away!

By Mail Order

The process is very similar, simply 'phone us, and we will post the forms to you. Once completed you should return the forms to us. When we receive the forms back there is a 14 day wait before we are able to send out the goods.

Who is it for?

It's really simple! Firstly, you need to check if you're eligible to apply. Applicants must fall into one of the following categories:

EITHER an individual aged between 18 and 25 years of age using the scheme to buy an instrument for themselves (or someone else, e.g. as a gift)
OR an individual over 18 buying an instrument for a child under the age of 18. (THIS MUST BE DONE IN STORE)

In both cases, all applicants also need to be a UK resident and working at least 16 hours per week to be eligible.
